We are a Family Owned, Award Winning Full Service Marine Dealer in Business for over 55 years! Looking for 2 people to join our successful and busy Dealership. Marine dealer experience preferred but we will train the right candidates the specifics needed to be successful.

Boat Rigger (Full-Time, Some Experience Preferred)
This position includes but not limited to: Installing engines, depth finders, trolling motors and related accessories on boats and pontoon boats. Set up trailers to boats, unload boats from semi-trucks, preventative maintenance and shrink wrap boats.
Candidate Requirements:
·High School Diploma or equivalent, additional schooling in a related field preferred
·Analytical and problem solving skills to identify areas of concern and conduct repairs or offer solutions
·Good Mechanical Ability
·The desire to always do the job right the first time
·Positive attitude and a team player
·Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
·Operate Equipment/Tractors
·Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
·Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs.
·Ability to work outdoors in winter and summer
·Ability to work extended hours when needed

Receptionist/Sales Support Position (Full-Time)
Job Duties will include: Answer phone calls, Greet customers and direct them within the store, Enter new inventory and pricing updates into our DMS, Create and update inventory price signs, Review and process sales contracts, Compile sales packets for deliveries, Works closely and assists the sales staff with paperwork, sales, and delivery record keeping. This position will also work closely with our Office Manager and Bookkeeper/Office Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, additional schooling a plus
- Bookkeeping Experience, Preferred
- Experience with a Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Enjoy interacting with customers in person and over the phone
- Analytical and problem solving skills to identify areas of concern and offer solutions
- The desire to always do the job right the first time
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs.
