I can't tell you how much I appreciated your efforts on Tuesday. This is the kind of service that gets you those awards and recognition.

"I brought my "sick" outboard in for service. When cedarlakes repaired the problem at a fair cost a new problem arose. I brought it back in and DON said he'd work on it right away.Turns out my motor has a "terminal illnes". It is 20 years old. But super mechanic, DON, worked on it diligently,outside so I could watch. He explained every move he was making. It was very interesting.He did manage to make a bad siuation a lot better.And it did'nt cost an extra dime. I'tll make it through the year. I know where i'll be shopping for an outboard next year. THANKS CEDARLAKES AND ESPECIALLY DON for the great service and honest diagnosis. Larry Z. little cedar lake."

"I bought a brand New 2010 1600 Fish Hawk from this dealer. The main reason why was becasue fo the manner they handled me from the start at the boat show. They treated me like a person, and not a customer or buyer. They were up front, had all questions answered and kept all promises made and even made positive suggetions which in the end did cost me more money based upon thier direction but they made those recomendations becasue they felt it would be the best available thing for me to use or add onto my boat based upon my needs which they listened to 100% of the time. At the pick up of the new boat leass than 1 weeks later they were professional, organized and the boat was spotless cleana nd ready to go with all options I had requested to be installed over than the stock components.
Claire was awesome having to deal with me being from Illinois and the office being in Wisconsin, all paperwork was ready to go and all I had to do was write out the checks needed to complete the sale and pay the sales taxes for both Illinois and Wisconsin which can be daunting in many caes, but Claire had it all ready to go and it went flawless.
I would buy again from these people and my boat has yet to even hit the water yet!
